I loved my experience at Eden. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a genuine and friendly smile and was able to get an appointment within a few minutes. I did not have to wait long at all to meet my stylist. Originally, I just came in for a free blowout they were offering new customers, and I wanted to get a feel for the salon and spa because I along with 5 other individuals were planning a Bachelorette party for my cousin, and I wanted to make sure that we chose the right place. When I mentioned this to Lita, my stylist, she was so sweet and took me on a tour of all the amenities that they had to offer! I didn't have to ask! I remember thinking to myself, I wish I could just see what they had to offer, before my appointment, and Lita was so amazing in that she did so without me even having to ask! She shampooed and washed my hair, and by that time, I got to know that Lita specialized in fixing messed up hair cuts, and tailoring a cut to an individual's build, face shape, and hair texture, and I fell in love with the vision she has as a hairstylist. There were many times in my life where I wished I had a person I could go to, to fix a messed up hair cut, and I loved the passion, heart, and artistry with which Lita approached hair, working hard to make sure that it was just right for the individual. Previously, I had gotten to the point where the places I'd been to made me feel silly for asking what kind of style suited me, but Lita was so honest in giving me her expert advice, and I appreciate that so much in a hair stylist. At this point, I decided to ditch the free blowout, and go for the haircut and to get my eyebrows done as well, when Lita told me she was an expert at eyebrows! Lita is so skilled at what she does with hair and has 10 years of experience. She takes her time, and works really hard to get it just right, and is so wonderful about telling me everything she is doing every step of the way and why (I really appreciate that!) She was so understanding and kind about my hair. Even more so, she was such an encouragement to me, and such a positive and loving person to spend the 2 hours at the salon with, that made the experience even more rich. She is willing to do what it takes to get it just right. I had a bad experience with an unsanitary eyebrow place recently, but Lita was so clean and neat, showing me each step as she cleaned the area on my face that was going to be waxed, sanitized her own hands, and used clean strips and sticks each time. She even made sure to use special wax for sensitive skin without me asking, and took the time to really take in my skin needs to make the experience personalized for me. She was as gentle as she could be, and ask careful as she could be with the waxing, and took her time and payed special attention and was so focused that I felt very comfortable with her. At then end she used a soothing aloe gel, and tweezed specific hairs, being very meticulous. When I checked out, I initially forgot to give the $20 coupon I had, but the receptionist was so sweet and understanding in letting me cancel the transaction and do it over again so that I could get my $20 off. (As a college student to whom every dollar counts, this meant so much.) I left the salon so satisfied, happy (from the inside out, not just about the service, but because of what a blessing Lit and everyone at the salon was- so nice and sincere!) While salons in general are mostly out of my budget, I truly loved and enjoyed the service here, and will visit again when I can! As for the spa, because of the size of my group, I felt the space was too small, but I am so grateful I had the opportunity to get a taste for what it would have been like before booking and not getting what we expected. I am sure they have great service, it just did not work for our purposes! :)

I love coming to eden!!! Its such a calm and relaxing environment. I love Jan she is amazing. Always so sweet and very professional .I can't see myself going anywhere else ever.

The 90 minute massage was HEAVEN! My only complaint is the masseuse seemed less than thrilled to be working there, which was a bit disheartening, but she knew what she was doing and I would gladly go see her again.

Kayla did everything right!!!! She was very concerned about my comfort. I enjoyed my visit and my neck was much better when I left. Thanks, Kayla!

I really appreciate the email reminders before the appointment. I am super busy and sometimes forget appointments! The reception staff are very friendly! I have long hair and Jose did a superb job on my cut and style.

Jan did an excellent job and was very thorough. I will definitely book this service with her again.

Danielle is the perfect nail tech for me. She has taken my nails from broken, thin and ugly to Beautiful! I recommend her to all my family and friends!
